cái SLim in 6 là cơ bản nhất, nếu trước ít vận động thì chú nên chơi bộ đấy trước.

ơ, em vẫn! Ở lớp mà thi thể lực thì em các bác chẳng sợ bố con thằng nào nhá.
Tại vì đi tập cũng thuờng xuyên, nhưng hình như không đúng cách hay sao ý, thấy dạo này lên chậm quá, nghỉ một thời gian lại thấy chảy sệ ngay, hí hí

Chú Gà tập Thể hình dễ chảy thì chuyển sang tập bộ SLim in 6, quen rồi thì chơi bộ P90X - Our Most Extreme Home Fitness Training System Ever, tập bộ này hơi bị hay, tập nó chỉ fit lại, người hơi bị ngon. Nhất là bộ tập cơ bụng, :D, anh rất thích.
@Dạo này nhác tập quá, ngày nào cũng làm cả mét thuốc.

Bác Fact có up được cái bộ P90X sang link khác hộ em được ko? Ở nhà là em ko thể nào down được cái rapid mất dạy này :( . Cám ơn bác em về cái bộ ABS :X

Bác Phách, cái slim nhẹ quá. CHo chị em tập thì công nhận hợp cực ý. Nhưng mà anh em mi`nh mà tập thì ko đủ tăng nhịp tim ý chứ đừng nói là cơ bắp. Hic
